On my roof I have put a 10m beacon on about 28.22160 MHz with my legendary Mantova 5 antenna. Now beacon is turned off for maintenance.
I prefer lectronic QSL ( eQSL.cc or HRDLOG.net or LoTW). but you can send me your QSL by bureau or direct.
